Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Please note these are estimates — delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be sent to your email after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of shipment, please reach out via the Contact page.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window plus 7 additional business days, please contact us through the Contact page. We will investigate and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
